Pick-Up Hockey is for players 16 and over. Full equipment is required.

Stick and Puck

Stick and Puck sessions consist of open ice for players of every age and skill level. Helmets are required. These sessions are for individual practice only. Not for pick up hockey.

Need your skates sharpened?

Make sure your skates are kept in good shape so you can glide and move to the best of your ability. Bring your skates to the Triangle SportsPlex and we can sharpen your skates so you can have rails on ice and move smooth!
