Birthday Party Frequently Asked Questions

What do we do when we arrive?
As each guest of the party arrives, a front desk employee will give each member of the party a wristband, which lets the staff know they are with a birthday party. The bands are needed for skating admission, skate rental, and swimming. Lost bands will not be replaced but can be purchased for an additional fee.

When do we get our skates?
Arrive a few minutes early to check in with the front desk and get your ice skates. The kids can take them into the party rooms but must wear them only in the lobby area and on the ice. We do not allow them on the tile floors or carpeted areas. If your party has two hours of skating and the kids want to remove their skates, have them keep their skates as opposed to turning them back in. If the kids are too young to lace their own skates, we recommend you have plenty of parents or friends to help you.

What if we have more than 12 people?
Call 919-644-0339, extension 223, by Tuesday before the party to discuss whether or not you’ll need extra food. Prices for the additional people are general admission prices. Deadline to order and pay for additional people and/or food is Tuesday before the party. Pizzas are $12.00. Extra cake is an additional $15.00.

My children can’t skate. Is there someone who can help them? Skating Instructors can be scheduled for a 15 or 30 minute lesson. $20.00 for 15 minutes and $30.00 for 30 minutes.

Is there a place to store our things while the kids are skating or swimming?
Lockers are available to rent in the locker rooms and in the lobby area.
