The Cardio Corner The Cardio Corner overlooks the NHL size ice rink and boasts LifeFitness and StarTrac treadmills, Precor and LifeFitness elliptical trainers, Lifecycle standard and recumbent bikes, Textrix II Steppers, Concept II rowers, and the "Gauntlet!"

We have a fully stocked weight room with a complete circuit of Body Master selectorized weight machines, a power cage, bench press, smith machine, dumbbells to 100 pounds, fit balls, stretching and abdominal section and more!

Free Orientations for New Members

After you join, orientations are available Thursday 6-7 pm, and Saturday 9-10 am. No appointment is necessary, just check in with the trainer in the Weight Room.

Construction and Renovation Update

Construction is moving quickly on the new Central Orange Senior Center addition and SportsPlex renovations. The fitness mezzanine and ice locker rooms are scheduled to open in August.

The new circle driveway is now open. Please bear to the right around the circle and drive safely.
